FSC is essentially made up of three main departments: design, construction, and FF&E purchasing, while offering food service design and due diligence services. Purchasing starts with fixture, furniture, and equipment. Construction specializes in restaurant remodel, ground up, and conversion services, along with special projects that range from innovating equipment, cookline layouts, design finishes and decor packages. Over the years, Food Service Concepts has made partnerships with other consultants and manufactures, offering value at unique angles that others can't. Each project has important criteria to meet. Our design team takes pride in working with the Architect and engineering teams, the general contractor, sub-contractors and the owner on each and every project to ensure that the project is a success.
Our design department reviews all elements of a project while working closely with the municipality and design guidelines. Our drawings are produced in-house on AutoCAD. We strive for accuracy and excellence in this important planning stage.
In addition to the timely purchasing of equipment, our purchasing department also participates in the coordination process. This ensures a smooth transition from the design phase to the installation process. We navigate different supply streams to enable us to buy food service equipment at the most valuable cost depending on the projects region.
The installation phase is planned and delivery is scheduled ahead of time. We coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and equipment performance checks. We use our own installation crews, as well as reputable local and national sub-contractors.
